Karachi: The Pakistan Peoples Party has announced the appointment of Muhammad Hassan Khan as the President of PS-126, District Central Karachi. This decision is part of the party’s strategy to enhance its grassroots presence in the city.

The appointment, confirmed by PPP Sindh President Nisar Ahmed Khuhro and approved by Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, reflects the party’s broader restructuring efforts. It aims to revitalize local leadership and engage with communities more effectively.

Muhammad Hassan Khan, a Cambridge graduate and accomplished mathematician, heads the Happy Palace Group of Schools and Academus International Schools. Known for his work in education and youth empowerment, Khan brings a focus on public service and community development to his new role.

His leadership is expected to bring renewed energy to PS-126, aligning with the ideals of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. Khan expressed gratitude to the PPP leadership for their trust, committing to serve with dedication and integrity.
