Bilawal Lauds Pakistani Youth As Torchbearers Of Future

Islamabad: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari praised Pakistan’s young people, calling them the “heartbeat of our nation and the torchbearers of our future,” in a message commemorating International Youth Day.

According to a Bilawal House media release, the PPP leader linked the aspirations of Pakistan’s youth to the goal of a thriving, secure, and democratic nation. He expressed unwavering confidence in their capacity to steer Pakistan towards a brighter future and encouraged them to uphold principles of democracy, tolerance, and social justice.

Bhutto Zardari emphasized the PPP’s history of prioritizing youth under the leadership of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto, highlighting policies focused on education, employment, and youth involvement in decision-making. He cited Sindh’s local government system and programs like the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Youth Development Program as examples of ongoing efforts to empower youth through training and skill development.
