KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has extended warm greetings to the newly elected leadership of the Sindh Bar Council (SBC), who secured an unopposed victory in the recent annual elections.

According to a statement by Pakistan Peoples Party, Chairman PPP congratulated the SBC’s new leadership, including Vice Chairman Shafqat Rahim. He praised the legal fraternity for placing their trust in the People’s Lawyers Forum (PLF)-supported panel and acknowledged their success as a testament to their dedication to justice, democracy, and the rule of law.

Chairman Bhutto Zardari expressed his hope that the new SBC leadership will work diligently to address lawyers’ issues and ensure that all citizens have access to justice.

He reaffirmed the PPP’s commitment to collaborating with the legal community and citizens nationwide to uphold the rule of law and the supremacy of Parliament.
