Karachi: Bahria University has formalized the procedure for issuing duplicate final transcripts to alumni, detailing the steps required to obtain these documents after graduation.
According to Bahria University, the process, as outlined by the university, mandates that graduates seeking additional or duplicate copies of their final transcript must initiate their request through the Student Support Center (SSC) of their respective Constituent Unit (CU). Each duplicate transcript will carry a “Duplicate” watermark and the signature of the Controller of Examinations, ensuring the authenticity and approval of the document.
Applicants are required to pay a prescribed fee to process their request for a duplicate final transcript. Once processed, the duplicate transcripts are to be collected personally by the alumni from the SSC of their CU. This method ensures a controlled distribution and maintains the integrity of the university’s official documents.
The university’s implementation of this procedure underscores its commitment to providing necessary academic documentation to its graduates efficiently and securely.
