Lahore: Bahria University Lahore Campus announced an opening for the position of Manager at the Leadership and Professional Development Center (LPDC), aiming to strengthen its commitment to corporate and academic professional development.

According to Bahria University, the Manager LPDC will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to meet the needs of corporate clients and support the university’s administrative and academic departments. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 16 years of education, preferably an MBA in HR or Marketing, and have at least eight years of experience in areas such as professional development, learning development, client relationship management, and business development.

The role involves designing and delivering tailored professional programs, workshops, and seminars, aligning them with the university’s goals and values, and maintaining strong partnerships with corporate clients. The manager will also be tasked with facilitating faculty and student development programs, managing budgets, and overseeing the logistics of the LPDC’s activities to ensure cost-effectiveness and impact. Additionally, the position requires updating records for compliance, managing the LPDC’s digital presence, and generating revenue through strategic business opportunities and partnerships.
