Karachi: Bahria University Karachi Campus (BUKC) has announced openings for regular faculty positions across a range of departments, signaling a significant recruitment drive aimed at bolstering its academic offerings.

According to Bahria University, the university is looking to fill positions in Business Studies, Management Studies, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Maritime Sciences, and Professional Psychology. The qualifications required vary from MS/MPhil to PhD levels, with specializations needed in fields such as Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, English, Development Studies, Maritime, Port and Shipping Management, Trade Logistics, and Clinical Psychology.

Candidates are expected to have degrees from HEC-recognized national or international universities with all qualifications duly attested. Additionally, registration numbers from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) are mandatory for engineering disciplines. The university has emphasized the requirement for faculty to possess both teaching and research experience, reflecting its commitment to high academic and professional standards.

Applications are invited to be submitted by August 31, 2024, and are to be sent to the HR Directorate through courier. Only candidates who meet the requirements will be called for an interview, as Bahria University continues to enhance its academic staff to support its educational programs.
