KARACHI: The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi marked the 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal by hosting a "Naatia Mushaira" at the Josh Malihabadi Library, Ahmed Shah Building. The event brought together poets and writers who shared their Naatiya poetry to honor the Holy Prophet Muhammad (?).

According to Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, the Mushaira began with a recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a Naat in praise of the Prophet. Naat Khuwan Yousuf Siddiqui delivered verses of devotion, while Shakeel Khan served as the compere. Notable poets such as Prof. Sehar Ansari, Anwar Shaoor, and others participated, presenting poetry that highlighted the teachings and character of the Prophet. The event concluded with participants commending the Arts Council for promoting religious and cultural traditions.
