Sargodha: All employees at the University of Sargodha play a critical role in the institution's success and national development, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tasawar Hayat stated during a recent session with employees in grades 1 to 4.

According to University of Sargodha, Dr. Hayat emphasized the importance of labor dignity, asserting that every employee contributes significantly to the university's operations. He urged them to perform their duties with commitment, discipline, and punctuality. The vice chancellor highlighted that the university's progress is a shared responsibility, requiring teamwork and a strong sense of ownership from all employees.

Dr. Hayat assured employees that their welfare is a priority, with promises to address concerns related to service benefits, promotions, and other facilities in accordance with university rules and regulations. He stressed that these matters would be handled on merit and through established procedures.

The vice chancellor encouraged a positive approach towards responsibilities, noting that honest work at every level enhances the institution's overall performance. The session concluded with a question-and-answer segment where Dr. Hayat addressed employee queries and reiterated the significance of mutual respect, transparency, and collective responsibility in fostering a progressive university environment. The meeting was also attended by heads of administrative offices.
