ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed commendation for the country's security forces following a successful intelligence-based operation against the group Fitna al-Khwarij in North Waziristan. The operation resulted in the elimination of five members of the group and injuries to two others, marking a significant achievement in the ongoing fight against terrorism.
