Islamabad: Prof. Dr. Hazir Ullah, Vice Chancellor of the University of Chitral, convened with representatives from the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) Pakistan and the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) at the AKF Head Office in the Serena Business Complex. The discussions centered on implementing the Green Retrofitting Program to solarize the University of Chitral campus.
According to University of Chitral, the AKF team detailed various avenues for support and expressed their willingness to assist with the solarization efforts. Prof. Dr. Ullah acknowledged the contributions of AKF and AKDN across multiple sectors in Pakistan, with a particular focus on the Chitral region, and recognized their ongoing contributions to education. Both parties agreed to explore further collaborative opportunities between the university and the development network.
