Lahore: Dr. Bushra Naz has received international funding for a project aimed at studying the psychological effects of climate anxiety on young adults. The project, titled "Psychological Pathways from Climate Anxiety to Psychological Distress among Young Adults," will explore how climate-related fears influence mental health.

According to University of Central Punjab, the National Youth Organization of Pakistan (NYOP), USA, has approved and provided the funding for this research initiative. The study will aim to identify specific psychological pathways that connect climate anxiety to distress in young adults, potentially informing future interventions and policies.
