LAHORE: The University of Veterinary & Animal Science (UVAS) in Lahore conducted a seminar focusing on mobility trends and scholarship opportunities provided by the British Council. Organized by the Directorate of Students Affairs, the event took place at UVAS's City Campus, drawing participation from students, faculty, and university officials.

According to University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, the seminar featured a lecture by Usman Khalid, Senior Manager of Higher Education Mobility at the British Council. The session aimed at informing UVAS students, researchers, and faculty members about various scholarships, postgraduate study options, international mobility programs, and academic collaborations available through the British Council and its UK partners. Participants gained insights into funding opportunities, eligibility criteria, and application processes, which also served to strengthen UVAS's connections with the UK higher education sector.
