LAHORE: Punjab University Institute of Education & Research (IER) organized a Mehfil-e-Milad Mustafa ?. The event was attended by Director IER Prof. Dr. Abdul Qayyum Chaudhry, Chairperson Department of Secondary Education Dr. Abida Nasreen, faculty members, and a large number of students who gathered for the occasion.

According to University of the Punjab, the ceremony featured recitations of Naats in honor of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ?, reflecting participants' devotion and love. Prof. Dr. Abdul Qayyum Chaudhry addressed the gathering, emphasizing that following the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ? is essential for success in both this world and the Hereafter. He highlighted the Seerah, the life and teachings of the Prophet ?, as a model for all of humanity.

The event also marked a welcome for newly admitted students, and prayers were offered for the unity of the Muslim Ummah, the security and prosperity of Pakistan, and the bright future of the students.
