Karachi: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has paid tribute to the 11 Jeyalas who were martyred by the forces of dictatorship in Khairpur Nathan Shah, Dadu district, on September 12, 1983.

According to a press release issued by the Media Cell Bilawal House, Chairman PPP emphasized that the sacrifice of these 11 martyrs serves as a reminder of the continuous struggle for democracy. He acknowledged the families who endured the loss of their loved ones while the PPP continued the mission left unfinished by the deceased. "They were unarmed, but their courage was stronger than the guns of dictatorship. Their bodies fell, but their commitment to democracy never did," he stated.

Chairman Bhutto Zardari also highlighted the sacrifices made by Quaid-e-Awam Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, along with thousands of PPP workers, who faced imprisonment, torture, and martyrdom in their fight against dictatorship and for the supremacy of the people. He named the martyrs Shaheed Abdul Ghani Abro, Shaheed Abdul Aziz Lakhair, Shaheed Nizamuddin Naich, Shaheed Abdul Nabi Khoso, Shaheed Allah Warrayo Langah, Shaheed Shahnawaz Khoso, Shaheed Habibullah Leghari, Shaheed Deedar Ali Khokhar, Shaheed Zameer Hussain Jagirani, Shaheed Aijaz Hussain Khonharo, and Shaheed Manzoor Ahmed Chandio, asserting they will remain forever in the history and hearts of the people. "Their blood was not shed in vain; it became an enduring pledge in the history of our democratic struggle. We will never forget our martyrs, nor will we abandon their mission. Their sacrifice will continue to inspire our struggle for democracy, justice, and the supremacy of the people," he concluded.
