UCP Alumna Selected for Prestigious Internship at University of British Columbia

Lahore: Maida Ajmal Khan, a graduate from the University of Central Punjab's Psychology program, has been chosen for the Mitacs Globalink Research Internship at the University of British Columbia in Canada. The program offers her an opportunity to engage in research in the field of Cognitive Neuroscience at a prominent global research institution.

According to University of Central Punjab, Khan will work under the guidance of Todd Woodward at UBC, where she will gain practical experience in research methodology and cognitive neuroscience. The fully-funded internship aims to provide participants with the chance to collaborate with renowned researchers, enhance their research capabilities, and become acquainted with Canada's research environment. Khan's selection is a significant step in her academic career, building on her undergraduate studies and her keen interest in cognitive and behavioral sciences.
