Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Outlines Vision for Kashmir’s Future at Muzaffarabad Rally

Muzaffarabad: Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, addressed a public rally in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, presenting his vision for the region's future. He emphasized the transformation of Kashmir into a peaceful and just society, advocating for rights to governance, ownership, and employment for its people. He urged the public to support these ideals by voting for the PPP in the upcoming elections.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari articulated a comprehensive plan for Kashmir, highlighting the need for elected representation in governance and equitable distribution of resources. He proposed a constitutional convention post-elections to define Kashmir's future, involving various stakeholders, including refugees, to ensure their rights and representation. He also emphasized local empowerment and employment opportunities, particularly in the digital economy, as essential components for Kashmir's development.

Bilawal criticized past promises by other political parties, urging a focus on rights and authority rather than incomplete infrastructure projects. He called for the restoration of essential services and supported the establishment of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission to address grievances. He challenged the credibility of the Election Commission and demanded transparency and fairness in the electoral process, positioning the PPP as a defender of democratic principles.

In his address, Bilawal extended an invitation to all political factions, including the PTI, to participate in creating a fair electoral environment. He urged the public to vote for PPP candidates, signaling the party's readiness to protect its mandate and challenge any electoral misconduct.
