The MNA garnered 78,649 votes, representing 41% of the 189,873 ballots cast, but just a fifth of the total 368,218 registered voters. The election was conducted under Pakistan's First-Past-The-Post system, where the candidate with the highest vote share secures the seat, despite not obtaining an outright majority.

According to Free and Fair Election Network, the Final Consolidated Result (Form-49) from the constituency indicates a voter turnout of 52%. The outcome highlighted that the winning candidate did not receive the backing of the majority of active voters, as 100,213 people, or 53%, chose other candidates on February 8, 2024. The runner-up managed to secure 31% of the votes, while the candidate in third place collected 10%. Remaining contenders together received 12% of the votes, with 11,011 ballots, or 6%, being invalid.

This election result is part of an analysis conducted by FAFEN, examining electoral representation across Pakistan's 266 National Assembly constituencies. The study underscores the implications of Pakistan's First-Past-The-Post electoral system, where candidates win without majority voter support, contrasting with a proportional representation system that would allocate seats based on the proportion of votes received, potentially offering a more comprehensive reflection of voter preferences.
