Lahore: The Punjab Youth Innovation & Incubation Competition 2026 aims to drive socio-economic progress through youth empowerment and innovative solutions. Launching under the theme "Empowering Youth, Driving Innovation & Building Futures," the initiative is spearheaded by the Punjab Centre of Excellence on Countering Violent Extremism, in collaboration with various pivotal organizations. The competition seeks to align with the Government of Punjab's vision of a "Rising & Shining Punjab," focusing on mainstreaming youth into the economy through entrepreneurship and skill development.

According to Forman Christian College, the competition invites submissions from students of Forman Christian College University across several categories. These include Startup Innovation, Social Enterprise, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture & Food Security, Health & Wellbeing, Education & EdTech, Information Technology & Artificial Intelligence, Climate Change, Environment & Renewable Energy, Textile, Manufacturing & Industrial Innovation, and Women & Youth Empowerment. Each category is designed to foster innovation in areas crucial for socio-economic advancement and sustainable development.
