Lahore: Prof. Dr. Adeel Akram, the newly appointed Vice Chancellor of Punjab Tianjin University of Technology (PTUT), visited the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore, engaging in a meeting with UET’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, to explore potential collaborations in higher education and research.
According to University of Engineering and Technology, the meeting was characterized by discussions on enhancing higher education, research collaboration, and faculty and student exchange programs. Prof. Dr. Adeel Akram acknowledged UET Lahore’s academic and research strengths and expressed a desire for PTUT to benefit from UET’s experience and support. He also sought cooperation in academic and research fields.
Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir assured his full support, emphasizing the importance of collaboration among public sector universities to enhance academic standards, promote research, and facilitate knowledge sharing.
