Titled "Understanding Quality Aspects in Food: Standards, Compliance and Evaluation," the event featured Mr. Shahid Hafeez Khan, Application and Technical Support Manager at Tate and Lyle, as the guest speaker.
According to University of Central Punjab, Mr. Khan provided insights into the industry's quality standards and compliance requirements, enhancing the understanding of faculty members and students in attendance. The event aimed to align participants with modern food quality management concepts, offering them a deeper grasp of industry practices.
