Celebrated Singers Captivate Audience at “Ghazal Ka Safar” During Urdu Conference

Karachi: Renowned singers Muhammad Ali and Muhammad Zubair delivered captivating performances at the “Ghazal Ka Safar” session during the 18th Aalmi Urdu Conference 2025, organized by the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi. The event, held at Jaun Elia Lawn, marked the first day of the “Jashan-e-Pakistan” celebrations.

The session featured both classical and modern ghazals, with Muhammad Ali showcasing the traditional essence of Urdu poetry through his unique vocal expression. Meanwhile, Muhammad Zubair impressed attendees with his rhythmic and melodic interpretation of the genre.

The audience responded enthusiastically, applauding the singers’ efforts. A significant number of music enthusiasts attended the event, enjoying the fusion of poetry and music.

The conference’s opening day concluded with a Sindhi Mushaira, led by Adil Soomro. Esteemed poets such as Ahmed Solangi, Amjad Hussain Shah, and Rubina Abro, among others, recited their works. Bakhshan Mehranvi moderated the poetry session, bringing the day’s events to a close.
