CHENGDU: Noor Zaman has secured a place in the finals of the Plate Event at the World Games in Chengdu, China, following a decisive victory over Japan’s R. Tsukue. The match concluded with Zaman winning 3-1, marking scores of 11-7, 7-11, 11-7, and 12-10.

The competition saw another match where Nasir Iqbal faced Ronald Palomino from Colombia. Iqbal was unable to advance as he lost 3-1, with the scores recorded as 15-13, 13-15, 11-4, and 11-5.

Noor Zaman is set to compete in the finals tomorrow. The Pakistan Squash Federation extended its best wishes to Zaman for his upcoming match.
