Karachi: Dr. Nadia Ayub, Dean of the College of Economics and Social Development at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM), has been selected as one of 20 global fellows for the Women in Higher Education Fellowship. This fellowship, awarded by Professors Without Borders, is aimed at empowering and supporting women leaders in academia.

The 10-month fellowship includes monthly training sessions to enhance leadership skills and address the challenges faced by women in higher education. It also provides global networking opportunities with distinguished scholars and academic administrators.

Fellows will participate in professional development workshops and receive mentorship to support their leadership journey. This selection reflects Dr. Ayub’s commitment to academic excellence and highlights IoBM’s focus on supporting women leaders in education.
