NUST Rocket Team Honored at Prestigious UK Competition

Islamabad: NUST Rocket Team has achieved a significant milestone by representing Pakistan at the Mach-25 international rocketry competition in the UK with their innovative Project RAHBAR. The project, which includes the country’s first student-built rocket equipped with a fully operational CanSat, showcased the team’s engineering prowess.

After extensive months of design, testing, and manufacturing, the team successfully cleared all technical inspections and received launch approval. This accomplishment highlighted their technical expertise and high level of professionalism.

Despite heavy rain preventing the actual launch of their rocket, the team’s commitment and hard work were recognized with the “Most Dedicated Team” award. This accolade underscores the team’s perseverance and dedication in the face of challenges.

The achievement not only brings honor to the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) but also marks a significant step in the institution’s ongoing efforts to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of rocketry.
