Guangzhou: The Pak-China Maritime Silk Road Cultural Exchange Program was inaugurated at Guangdong Ocean University (GDOU) in China. The event marked a significant step in fostering closer relations between the two countries through cultural and educational collaboration.
The ceremony began with a speech from the Director of GDOU, setting the tone for the program’s objectives. Sahir Mushtaq Malik, representing the University of Central Punjab (UCP) as part of its International Liaison Office, delivered an address highlighting the importance of the cultural exchange.
Ms. Nayab Afzal provided an introduction to UCP, emphasizing the university’s role in international educational partnerships. The event concluded with the exchange of souvenirs and gifts, symbolizing the enduring friendship between Pakistan and China.
