Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board announced that Sri Lanka’s Ranjan Madugalle will lead the match officiating team for the upcoming three-match T20I series between Pakistan and Bangladesh in Lahore. Madugalle, a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees, brings extensive experience, having officiated in 804 international matches across formats.
For the opening T20I, Asif Yaqoob and Rashid Riaz, both from the PCB International Panel of Umpires, are set to serve as on-field umpires. Ahsan Raza, of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires, will take on the role of third umpire, with Faisal Khan Aafreedi, an ICC International Panel Umpire, positioned as the fourth umpire.
In the second match, Rashid Riaz will continue on-field duties alongside Faisal Khan Aafreedi, while Ahsan Raza remains the third umpire. Asif Yaqoob will switch to the role of fourth umpire.
The series will conclude with Ahsan Raza and Asif Yaqoob managing on-field responsibilities for the third T20I, as Faisal Khan Aafreedi steps in as the third umpire and Rashid Riaz completes the officiating team as the fourth umpire.
