Muhammad Ammad and Anas Ali Shah to Clash in Jansher Khan PSA Squash Final

Islamabad: The inaugural Jansher Khan PSA Squash Tournament, hosted by Sybrid Pvt Ltd and backed by the Markhor Squash Foundation, has reached its decisive phase, with the final match set to occur at the Mushaf Squash Complex, Islamabad.

In the first semifinal, Muhammad Ammad secured a victory over Saeed Abdul, overcoming an initial set loss to win 3-1. The match concluded with scores of 10-12, 11-8, 11-3, and 11-6, taking a total of 46 minutes.

The second semifinal was a closely contested battle between Anas Ali Shah and Abdullah Nawaz. Anas Ali Shah triumphed with a 3-2 win, after recovering from a mid-match deficit. The scores were 12-10, 9-11, 9-11, 11-6, and 11-4, lasting 63 minutes.

The final will see Anas Ali Shah and Muhammad Ammad compete for the championship title. The match is scheduled for tomorrow at 1600 hours, promising an engaging conclusion to the tournament. The Pakistan Squash Federation has expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming final, highlighting the competitive spirit showcased throughout the event.
