Lahore: The Institute of Polymer and Textile Engineering at the University of the Punjab is set to host the public defense and viva voce examination of Ph.D. candidate Ms. Sana Sahar Sheikh on July 9, 2024. The event will focus on her dissertation titled “Super Absorbent Hydrogels for the Removal of Ionic Dyes from Waste Water,” a significant study in the field of Polymer Technology.

According to University of the Punjab, The defense session will take place at the Institute of Polymer and Textile Engineering facilities at 10:00 a.m. This session presents Ms. Sheikh’s research, which explores innovative methods for treating wastewater, a critical issue facing industrial and developing regions alike.
