Karachi, July 05, 2023 (PPI-OT): IoBM has become an Academic Strategic Partner for the 15th Information Security Conference 2023 (INFOSEC). A memorandum of understanding was signed with Total Communications on July 05, 2023. The signatories were Dr. Imran Batada, CTO and Director, Center of Information and Technology, IoBM and Mr. Faisal Rahim, CEO of Total Communications. As an Academic Strategic Partner, IoBM will play a significant role in supporting and contributing to the conference’s objectives. This collaboration aims to foster research, innovation, and academic engagement in the field of information security. It will provide a platform for experts and professionals to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and address the emerging challenges in the rapidly evolving landscape of information security. This will benefit professionals and students alike.

This collaboration between IoBM and Total Communications signifies a shared vision to advance information security practices and procedures, develop a skilled workforce to address emerging threats and capitalize on national and international opportunities in the field of information security.
