LAHORE: Punjab University Child Welfare Center Management and students will organize an event to mark International Day for Persons with Disabilities on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Pervez Hassan Environmental Law Centre. The event will feature participation from notable figures including Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Special Education, MPA Sania Ashiq Jabeen, and Convener for the Parliamentary Caucus on Children with Different Abilities, MPA Syeda Salma Saeed Hashmi. Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Muhammad Ali is also expected to attend.
The event aims to raise awareness and promote inclusion for persons with disabilities. It is organized by the university’s Child Welfare Center, which focuses on the welfare and education of children with different abilities.
