Lahore: An interdisciplinary workshop at Fatima Jinnah Medical University (FJMU) brought together students and professionals to explore the intersection of healthcare and management. The event, held in collaboration with Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), featured prominent attendees including US Consulate members, Mr. Sandeep Paul and Mr. Tanveer Abbas.
The workshop was attended by esteemed university officials, such as Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khalid Masud Gondal, who emphasized the significance of collaborative networks. The event aimed to foster a culture of business and healthcare collaboration through various initiatives led by FJMU’s Business Incubation Centre (BIC).
Dr. Taskeen Zahra showcased innovative projects developed by students and faculty, highlighting the university’s commitment to entrepreneurship. The workshop included interactive and problem-solving sessions, addressing current challenges in the medical field and equipping attendees with the tools for impactful change.
Part of Project Tabeer, the event focused on capacity-building for university-based incubators across Punjab. Participants also showcased their products and discussed their approaches during the event.
