University of Lakki Marwat Issues Tender for Laboratory Equipment under HEC NRPU Project

Lakki Marwat: The University of Lakki Marwat has announced a tender for the supply and installation of laboratory equipment for its Department of Botany, under the Higher Education Commission’s National Research Program for Universities (HEC NRPU) Project No. 17521.

According to The University of Lakki Marwat, sealed bids and quotations are being solicited from both local and non-local firms that are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and maintain active taxpayer status. The process involves the purchase and installation of specified lab equipment, outlined in the tender documents available for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 at the university’s Planning and Development Office.

The bidding firms are required to submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the total bid price along with their financial proposals. This security must be presented in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt issued in favor of the University’s Treasurer. All submissions must be made via courier or postal service by the deadline of 19th September 2024, before 11:00 AM. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM, with the schedule for the financial bid opening to be announced later to the qualifying bidders.

The university emphasizes that no bids will be accepted in person or after the specified deadline and retains the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the regulations of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) and the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
