University of Haripur Advances Academic Agenda at ASRB Meeting

Haripur: The University of Haripur’s 43rd Advanced Studies and Research Board (ASRB) meeting, led by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shafiq Ur Rehman, addressed pressing academic topics, notably approving MPhil and PhD synopses and refining thesis evaluation processes.

The meeting’s agenda highlighted the approval of 144 synopses, including 112 out of 118 MPhil submissions and 10 out of 12 PhD proposals. Synopses needing revisions were sent back to their respective Graduate Research Committees (GRCs) for enhancement based on feedback.

Additionally, considerations for extra semesters for MS/MPhil students and the finalization of the examiner list for thesis evaluation in the Department of Psychology were discussed.

Prof. Dr. Rehman praised the faculty and the Directorate of Advanced Studies for their dedication to maintaining academic standards. He emphasized the necessity of quality research and timely scholar guidance to achieve academic excellence.
