Chitral: The Department of Management Sciences at the University of Chitral, in partnership with Ajmer Foods Lahore (Cakes and Bakes), is set to conduct a recruitment drive on November 14, 2024. This initiative targets graduates from the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Bachelor of Science in Commerce programs, offering them a chance to enter the Management Trainee Program at Cakes and Bakes.

According to University of Chitral, the Management Trainee Program is a six-month training course aimed at preparing fresh graduates for future roles as Branch Managers. Participants in the program will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000, along with free accommodation throughout the training period. Upon successful completion, there are prospects for permanent employment, with a monthly salary of Rs. 50,000 along with additional benefits.
