Bahawalpur, August 23, 2023 (PPI-OT): The Special Representative of the Al-Muhlaq-ud-Dini Department of the Saudi Embassy, Dr. Hafiz Masood Abdul Rasheed Azhar, had a special meeting with the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar. On this occasion, the relationship between Islamia University Bahawalpur and Saudi Arabian Embassy was discussed. The Vice-Chancellor appreciated the services of Dr. Hafiz Masood Abdul Rasheed Azhar for Islamia University Bahawalpur and emphasized the reasons for further improvement and expansion of relations with Saudi educational institutions.

Dr. Hafiz Masood Abdul Rasheed Azhar delivered a special message from the Embassy of Saudi Arabia. It is worth mentioning that the construction of mosques in Islamia University Bahawalpur with the support of Saudi Arabian institutions is going on. In this regard, the main mosque with a capacity of 1000 worshipers has been completed recently in the Abbasiya campus. Apart from this, collaboration and mutual cooperation between Islamia University Bahawalpur and educational institutions of Saudi Arabia.
