Swabi, September 01, 2022 (PPI-OT):As already intimated, you have been granted admission in The GIK Institute. The management looks forward to welcome you at the Institute. As per program, you are advised to reach the GIK Campus on Saturday, September 03, 2022, 0930 Hrs. You have been allotted the room in Hostel 11 and 12 for Boys and Girls Hostels for female students. On your arrival, the information package and details will be handed over to you.
The Institute has planned an orientation session for you on September 03/04, 2022. It will include briefing on hostel living, academic schedules, library access, laboratory, computing facilities and security. The hostel room and registration number will be communicated separately through website. The classes will however commence from Monday September 05, 2022.
You will be provided a shared accommodation. The room is furnished with Study Table, Chair, Bookshelf, Almirah, Bed with Mattress and a Pillow for each student. However, you will be required to bring your own bed linen (bed sheets, pillow covers and blanket or quilt), towels and other personal items. Etc. As the weather at Topi gets quite cold in winter, you are also advised to bring warm clothes and personal crockery for the room.
You are also required to deposit the following documents (original) in Admission Office on your joining and latest by September 30, 2022 OR within ten days of declaration of results:
1. Matric/O-Level Certificates or equivalent.
2. H.S.S.C Certificate (Mark sheet if certificate not issued) / A-Level or equivalent / DAE Diploma, if applicable.
Students reporting to campus are required to submit prescribed vaccination certificate (NADRA).
Guidance in connection with Covid-19 SOPs implemented at GIK Institute for information and compliance are being placed on website for information and compliance by the student.

You can avail this facility by completing form available in your account. Ticket (Rs. 250) will be issued on spot to those who fill in the online form. Use of face mask and social distancing is mandatory in the buses also. Due to limited seats and precatory measures taken in the light of COVID-19, the transport facility is available only for the students.
