Lahore, June 09, 2022 (PPI-OT):Public defense of Ms Sumaira Majeed, Candidate of PhD in the subject of Education was held on 09 June 2022 in the Committee Room of Institute of Education and Research, University of the Punjab, Lahore. She successfully defended her PhD Dissertation entitled “Effect of Argumentative Discourse on Students’ Conceptual Understanding and Scientific Reasoning Ability in Grade V Science Classroom”. Examiners unanimously recommended Ms Sumaira Majeed for the award of PhD Degree. She completed her PhD under the supervision of Dr. Nighat Sana Kirmani. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahid Farooq, Chairman Department of Advanced Studies in Education, thanked the examiners for their cooperation and congratulated the candidate on her successful defense.
