Pakistan People’s Party Rallies in Karachi Ahead of Elections

Karachi, In a show of strength and solidarity, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) organized a significant election rally in Karachi, led by its candidates for the National Assembly Constituency 235, Asif Khan, and Sindh Assembly Constituency 98, Hakim Ali Jaskani. The rally, which passed through key areas including Madras Chowk and Safoora Chowrangi, was aimed at reaffirming the PPP’s commitment to the rights of the poor and initiating development projects in Karachi with the potential election of Bilawal Bhutto as Prime Minister.

According to Pakistan Peoples Party, both Asif Khan and Hakim Ali Jaskani, during their speeches, emphasized the unique position of the PPP in advocating for the underprivileged segments of society. They criticized other political factions for failing to address the city’s challenges, especially in the aftermath of rain-induced disruptions. Khan highlighted the efforts of PPP representatives in restoring normalcy in rain-affected areas and accused competitors of exploiting linguistic divides for political gain.

The rally served as a platform for various PPP leaders, including Sahib Khan Jaskani and Sharifullah Baloch, to voice their support for Bilawal Bhutto’s vision of transforming Karachi into a developed metropolis. Asif Khan specifically pointed out the public’s exhaustion with divisive politics, positioning the PPP as the only party capable of combating poverty and inflation under Bilawal Bhutto’s leadership.

The event not only showcased the PPP’s electoral promises but also demonstrated the party’s grassroots support in Karachi. With the upcoming elections on February 8, the PPP aims to secure a decisive mandate, propelling Bilawal Bhutto to the prime ministership and initiating a new era of development and prosperity for Karachi and its residents.
