His visit is part of the hospital’s commitment to elevating the standard of CP care through expert collaborations and comprehensive treatment approaches.
According to Indus Hospital and Health Network, Dr. Kephart’s expertise in gait analysis and multilevel surgical care has brought new insights to the hospital’s team, comprising residents, physiotherapists, and pediatricians, on effectively managing and evaluating cerebral palsy. This initiative underscores the hospital’s dedication to integrating cutting-edge practices into their services, especially in a resource-limited setting like Karachi.
The hospital offers a multidisciplinary approach to CP management, providing services such as neuroimaging, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, orthotics, and psychosocial support, all free of charge. The forthcoming addition of Pediatric Neurology in the new hospital building project in Korangi aims to further enhance patient outcomes.
