RTEH Holds Symposium on Breastfeeding Promotion and Lactation

Karachi, August 11, 2023 (PPI-OT):In a remarkable initiative aimed at enhancing infant health and maternal well-being, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Pediatrics Department, and Communication and Resource Development Directorate recently organized a Symposium on Breastfeeding Promotion and Lactation Problems. The event witnessed engaging presentations by renowned Pediatric Physician and Head of Pediatric Department Dr. Fayaz Hussain, Head of NICU Dr. Athar Razzaq, and NICU Consultant Dr. Ejaz Hussain, each shedding light on different aspects of breastfeeding and lactation management. Dr. Fayaz Hussain, an esteemed speaker, detailed the multitude of benefits associated with breastfeeding.
