Lahore, July 10, 2023 (PPI-OT): Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, FOMS organized a guest speaker session on “Business Model Innovation for Sustainability” for the MBA students studying Entrepreneurship and New Ventures II course on June 21, 2023. The guest speakers Ms. Alishba Tayyab and Mr. Muhammad Nauman, emphasized sustainable practices necessary for start-ups to gain a competitive advantage in the market with a sustainability-focused self-assessment and team-building activity.

Mr. Nauman discussed enhancing business models in start-ups, highlighting how entrepreneurs can create comprehensive models to elucidate all aspects of their business and gain clarity.
