Islamabad, September 01, 2023 (PPI-OT): According to a survey conducted by Gallup and Gilani Pakistan, 1 in 10 Pakistanis Claim they or someone in their family performed Hajj this year.

A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the country, was asked the question “Have you or any member of your family performed Hajj this year?” In response, 10% said yes, 89% said no and 1% said they do not know or gave no response.

This figure has not changed much since a decade ago in 2012, when a similar poll found the figure to be 12%. Similarly, when the same question was asked in 1987, the figure was 14%.
